This is an execution-heavy, ownership-driven role responsible for the day-to-day digital operations of the company. The Digital Operations Manager owns our web presence and internal digital infrastructure end to end and ensures it works reliably, scales with the business, and does not create operational drag for leadership or teams.
You sit between business, tooling, and execution. You do not wait for specs. You see problems, connect systems, automate work, and make sure things run. This is not a marketing role and not a pure IT role. It is a business operations role with strong technical and process ownership.
Ensure the digital layer of the company operates efficiently, predictably, and at scale, with minimal manual effort and minimal management involvement.
Full ownership of the company website and digital infrastructure, including CMS and no-code / low-code tools.
Ongoing functionality, updates, and development of the website, in close cooperation with an external vendor under a defined SLA.
Tooling, integrations, and data flows across teams using APIs and automation platforms (Zapier, Make, similar).
Active use of AI tools to simplify team workflows, reporting, and content creation.
Technical and process support for internal teams, acting as the first line of problem-solving.
Operational support for execution, including prioritization, timelines, and dependencies across initiatives.
Clear, structured reporting for both teams and leadership, focused on signal over noise.
You identify friction in processes and remove it.
You automate before adding headcount.
You connect systems instead of creating workarounds.
You take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks.
You communicate clearly and directly without fluff – with stakeholders and vendors.
Proven experience owning digital operations, tooling, or internal systems in a fast-moving environment.
Strong understanding of web infrastructure, CMS platforms, and no-code / low-code tools.
Hands-on experience with API integrations and workflow automation.
Practical experience applying AI tools to real operational problems.
Ability to prioritize under ambiguity and keep multiple workstreams moving.
Structured thinker who can translate chaos into clear execution and reporting.
Comfortable operating with high ownership and low hand-holding.

The internship lasts for 7 weeks. It begins in June and runs through the end of August, taking place fully on-site at our offices. This timeline is designed to give you enough time to work on meaningful projects while still fitting into a summer break.
Our interview process is designed to test your problem-solving ability rather than prior experience in trading. We focus on probability, statistics, logical reasoning, and intuition, as well as your ability to think under uncertainty.
The process begins with an online assessment. Successful candidates are then invited to two technical rounds covering probability and statistics. The final stage is an on-site session in Bratislava, where you’ll participate in interactive betting games that simulate real decision-making scenarios.
For a detailed breakdown, please check our interview process.
The process typically involves four stages: an online assessment (with a two-week deadline), two technical interviews, and a final on-site round. After you submit your assessment, we schedule interviews as soon as possible based on interviewer availability.
From initial application to final decision, the timeline can vary, but in most cases it takes about one to three weeks. For exceptional candidates who progress quickly and have good scheduling availability, the entire process can sometimes be completed in as little as 10 days.
