This is a high-impact operator role at the center of the company. You are the COO’s closest partner and the person who makes sure strategy turns into execution. Your job is to create clarity, kill chaos, and push critical initiatives over the finish line.
We move fast, are not afraid of change, and are happy to deal with problems without having a clear playbook. You’ll need to take control in the face of ambiguity, think independently, and take full ownership of outcomes.
Execution of strategic projects and implementation of internal processes across multiple teams (including Trading Operations, Finance, HR, Legal and Compliance).. You won’t just track progress, you will drive it.
Company operating rhythm including goal-setting, leadership check-ins, budgeting cycles, and follow-ups that actually result in decisions and action.
Cross-team coordination and acting as the bridge between departments to remove blockers, avoid duplication, and keep everyone aligned.
Process design and improvement by identifying where growth creates friction and building simple, scalable ways of working.
Safeguarding COO’s time and focus by prioritizing what matters most, organising meeting agendas and tracking tasks.
Increasing signal-to-noise ratio by distilling complex discussions, data, and Slack overload into clear takeaways and next actions.
Briefings and preparation: ensuring the COO walks into every meeting fully informed, with context, data, and a clear narrative.
Fast-learner with a high clock speed and the ability to jump into new topics quickly
A natural finisher who pushes things to completion
Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information
Highly organized and structured, with strong attention to detail
Direct and clear in communication, no fluff, no politics
Calm under pressure and able to coordinate responses when things go wrong
Skeptical in a healthy way, you ask questions and dig deep
Willing to go beyond a strict 9-to-5 when the situation requires it
Background in operations, consulting, strategy, finance, or similar execution-heavy roles
Experience working closely with senior leadership
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects
Exposure to regulated, fast-moving, or high-performance environments is a strong plus
Huge amount of agency and trust from day one

The internship lasts for 7 weeks. It begins in June and runs through the end of August, taking place fully on-site at our offices. This timeline is designed to give you enough time to work on meaningful projects while still fitting into a summer break.
Our interview process is designed to test your problem-solving ability rather than prior experience in trading. We focus on probability, statistics, logical reasoning, and intuition, as well as your ability to think under uncertainty.
The process begins with an online assessment. Successful candidates are then invited to two technical rounds covering probability and statistics. The final stage is an on-site session in Bratislava, where you’ll participate in interactive betting games that simulate real decision-making scenarios.

The process typically involves four stages: an online assessment (with a two-week deadline), two technical interviews, and a final on-site round. After you submit your assessment, we schedule interviews as soon as possible based on interviewer availability.
From initial application to final decision, the timeline can vary, but in most cases it takes about one to three weeks. For exceptional candidates who progress quickly and have good scheduling availability, the entire process can sometimes be completed in as little as 10 days.
