Bugzilla upgrade

Yesterday I performed a major upgrade to the Bugzilla feature requests and bug tracking database currently deployed at bugs.wincent.com. This is the biggest update ever since I first started using Bugzilla back in late October 2004, bringing many new features and improvements.

I'll be watching it closely over the next few days to make sure that everything is still working as expected. If you encounter any issues or have other feedback please let me know at win@wincent.com.
